Federico, the second generation of the Falciani family, grew up working in the family business, which operates in the hospitality and catering sectors. He dedicated most of his time to Villa Castelletto.
He continued his studies, earning a degree in Economics & Finance, balancing both his education and work, before starting his career in consultancy. Federico gained experience in China and the United Kingdom, before returning to Italy in early 2017 with the intention of embarking on a new business path for the family enterprise. This is when Glicine was born, a catering and food production company where Federico sought to combine the experience gained in his youth with the skills acquired in his professional career, while enhancing the local area, Tuscan traditions, and Made in Italy excellence.
